Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. Introduction
Sonance Lab respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and any messages you send through our contact form. We also collect non-personal information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and browsing behavior, to help us improve our website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, improve our website and services, send you updates or promotional content (if you have opted in), and comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the site may not function properly.
We also use HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) analytics and tracking cookies to understand site visits and to connect visits to contacts who have given us their email, for example through our emails or forms. You can read HubSpot's privacy policy at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
We use Meta (Facebook) pixels to measure advertising and to understand which ads lead to enquiries. More than one pixel runs on this site, including a separate one on our Technical Garage page. This means Meta may receive information about your visit, including the pages you viewed and the actions you took, such as submitting a form. Meta uses this to measure and target advertising. You can read Meta's privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-MEV8ESWYPE) to understand how the site is used. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not currently show a cookie consent banner. To limit this tracking you can set your browser to refuse cookies and use ad-blocking or tracker-blocking tools; Meta and Google also provide their own ad settings controls, which let you opt out of personalised advertising.
5. Marketing Attribution
When you arrive at our site from an advertisement or a link, we record the campaign parameters carried in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and Meta's fbclid), together with the page you landed on and the site that referred you. These are held in your browser, and if you later give us your email we store them alongside your contact record so we can understand which campaigns and pages bring people to us.
We keep both the first of these touches, which records how you originally found us, and the most recent one, which records the campaign or link that brought you in this time.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of receiving communications from us at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
